At then first section, where surface freezing is done, modular plastic belt is used in order ro lead cleaning and usage easily. According to product and product pieces, different shaking movements ara availabe by the backward and forward movement system with variable steps. Product dehydration is precluded due to fast surface freezing. Therefore high qualified final product is obtained with minimized freezing wastage.
Eveparator, which supplies high qualified cooling power to users, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel pipes and imported from Guntner AG/Germany. In order to obtain effective and constant cooling, snow cleaning part is mounted. During freezing operation, continious snow cleaning is done by this high pressurized blowing part.
In comparison with other freezers, GÖZTEPE FREEZER performs much quicker surface freezing without product blocking and less crumbling due to high air speeds.
